It is an important part of our mission to give back to the many people and communities that have supported our growth and success. Each year, Hair Excellence donates products and services to charitable causes. As we receive many donation requests each year, we regretfully cannot contribute to every request we receive.
To be considered for a donation, you must fill out the form below, and your event must be:
- At least four weeks from today
- In a 20-mile radius of Sun Prairie
After you complete the form, please allow up to two weeks to receive a response to your request. We do not accept in-person or phone solicitations.
