As courtesy to our staff, we request 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Spa services and corrective color require a major credit card to reserve appointments.  Appointments missed or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full amount of the service.

To ensure a relaxing experience and the safety of all guests, we ask that there are no children on the styling floor unless they are having a service preformed.

Please silence cell phones and pagers when entering the Spa area.
